OUR SHIPPING/PICKUP POLICY
How It Works
In stock items ship/are ready within 24-48 business hours. Custom graphic apparel can take 2 weeks.
-Shipping is based on the weight of the package and will auto calculate at checkout.
-In store pickup is available during business hours after you have received a pickup ready email.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All the Information
Refunds and exchanges are only allowed within 14 days of receiving product (if shipped) and 14 days from ready for pickup. Credit can take up to 72 business hours.
-Any smoke/animal odor or animal hair on item will void return policy and can not be accepted.
-Tags must be on item
-Item must be in unworn condition
-Custom graphic apparel is non refundable/exchangeable due to the custom nature.
INFORMATION
Details About Our Policy
All clothing items should be washed/dried per the label on garment. On Trend is not responsible for damaged items due to incorrect washing. Custom graphic apparel should be washed inside out, no fabric softener and low heat.
