Bleaching Options
Bleaching apparel is one of my favorite yet tedious things to do :) It's messy, you have to wear a mask, and most times all my clothes get ruined. BUT the effect is so unique and fun!
When you get an item bleached there is no guarantee on results. Bleaching results will always be different based on sun uv rays, humidity levels, and different times of year the bleach is purchased. I try my hardest to get the look you see for examples but please note nothing will every be replicated identical.
Bleach as we know is a very strong chemical and it degrades fabric. For this reason it is best to only bleach items that have at least 40% polyester. Funny thing- polyester does not bleach; wIth this it holds up to the strong chemical. If you have too much cotton, you will end up with holes after a couple washes. Most heathered fabrics are perfect for bleaching.
You will see below that solid colors do not bleach to white. There is a reason for this that I could go into but I am sure you are bored by now. Heather colors are more likley to bleach to a white color based on how strong the UV rays are.
All bleached items are washed and dryed before order is complete.
